Taqam is founded and operated by Eby Mathew — the only human inside the firm. Every other operating role is performed by a named AI agent. This is not a cost-saving measure. It is the thesis of the company, demonstrated in public.

Eby is the founder of Taqam and its only human employee. With 25+ years of operating experience across global technology, the Middle East SME economy, marketing, software, automation and real estate, he designed the firm to prove a specific thesis: that a serious company can be run by one human and a complete digital workforce — and that doing so in public, with full transparency about what works and what doesn't, is itself a valuable product.

He directs the AI workforce, sets strategy, owns every customer relationship, and is the public face of the firm to investors, government stakeholders and enterprise buyers.

The AI workforce

Every other leadership role inside Taqam is performed by a named AI agent with a defined business remit, reporting line and operating scope. The AI team includes a Chief of Staff, Strategy Analyst, Investor Relations Associate, Operations Manager, Client Success Agent, Research Agent, Automation Architect and Communications Agent.

Each agent operates under the founder's direction and within the governance framework Taqam ships to its enterprise customers. The same controls — role-based access, audit logs, scoped visibility — apply internally first.
